Register for a place at Acorn Preschool

If you decide you would like to register your child for a place at Acorn Preschool, please download the form below, complete it fully and return it to us by email to:

acorn@dussindale.norfolk.sch.uk

We accept Universal Government funding for up to 15 hours per week for children aged 3 and 4. We also accept government funding for 2 year olds and the extended entitlement of up to 30 hours for 3 and 4 year olds for those families who are eligible.
